Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you purchase a custom pack there are no returns. If after you receive your bag and are not satisfied, you may return it new for a 50% re-stocking fee.

Q: Do you make packs with Dyneema?

A: I can purchase Dyneema for your pack from Ripstop By the Roll or you can mail me fabric you purchase to P.O. Box 1104 Chama, NM 87520

Q: How much is it to customize my fabric?

A: To custom print on pack material or stretch fabric is $50 extra. E-mail me the photo or image you have permission to use and your material + placement request. Select the custom button at checkout. If you want multiple custom fabrics (i.e. pack material + stretch fabric), select the custom button for the total different materials you want printed.

Q: Does it cost anything extra to choose my colors + materials forfabrics you regularly stock?

A: No. You can choose colors and materials for your custom order for no additional cost. Custom sizing doesn't cost anything extra either.
